* WHEN...For the Freeze Warning, until 9 AM CST this morning. For
the Freeze Watch, from late tonight through Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Not all locations will get to freezing but
the West Bank and the typical cold locations in the river parishes
